Hosted by Rockford Country Club, the 8th annual OTW Director's Challenge benefits the On the Waterfront, Inc. Reserve Fund, a fund dedicated to financially protecting the longevity of On the Waterfront, Inc. and its annual events including, Groove Walk (held annually in May), Stars & Guitars (held annually the last weekend in June and the first weekend in July), the OTW Director's Challenge (held annually in July), and the On the Waterfront Festival (held annually Labor Day weekend). With the mission of Community Advancement Through Celebration, On the Waterfront, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and has helped other Rockford area not-for-profit organizations raise $9.1 million since 1986 through OTW events.

Our 8th annual golf invitational will consist of an afternoon shotgun start of a 2-best ball format with full handicap (members of each team play their own ball). Locker room and driving range privileges will be available to participants, and refreshments will be provided on the course. A lunch will precede the tournament, and an evening dinner reception with awards and live auction will follow in the Clubhouse.
